Refunds
Digital downloads
Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, digital purchases are non-refundable — unless the file is faulty or the wrong item was sent. Contact me within 14 days and I'll fix it.
Prints
If a print arrives damaged or defective, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Originals
Originals are photographed and described in detail before sale, and are shipped insured. If a piece arrives damaged, contact me immediately and we'll resolve it through the carrier's insurance.
How to ask
Email hello@ashleysart.space with your order number and a short description. I aim to reply within 3 working days.
