By browsing or buying from this site you agree to these terms. Everything here is offered in good faith and in plain English.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency and include tax where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Shopify, and orders are confirmed by email.
3. Intellectual property
ASH retains full copyright to all artwork. Buying a print or a digital file does not transfer copyright; your use is limited to the licence described on the Usage Rights page.
4. Prohibited use
You may not resell digital files, use artwork in unlawful or defamatory material, or claim authorship of any piece.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
